Why I work with business law<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I find it very stimulating to help companies, either with an investment, a cooperation or another deal, but also to contribute to finding solutions to companies' problems. A good business lawyer must not only know the rules themselves, but also dare to apply them in a risk-based, pragmatic and feasible way. The feedback from clients, when they feel that they get this support, is one of the biggest drivers for me.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I have worked in various international law and consulting firms since 2006. During this time I have also had some assignments as in-house counsel in the pharmaceutical, IT and research industries. I am passionate about finding alternative and innovative ways to provide legal services, and see that clients are looking for more than just a good lawyer. That's why I think LegalWorks' many alternative offerings are very timely.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I have a broad business law background, but the common denominator over the years has been commercial contracts in all its forms. I have worked with many high-tech and knowledge-intensive industries, with a strong focus on digitalization issues, such as cloud services, various forms of digital solutions and outsourcing. Data protection and security have always been there, but have recently exploded. I have helped many companies through the GDPR jungle and acted as an external DPO. In addition to this, I have also worked with public procurement and tenancy law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
