Ett s\u00e4tt kan vara ett dela med sig av den framtida v\u00e4rde\u00f6kningen i bolaget som en del av kompensationen. Det kan man \u00e5stadkomma genom ett optionsprogram som ger de anst\u00e4llda en m\u00f6jlighet att v\u00e4xa med bolaget och att p\u00e5 sikt bli aktie\u00e4gare. Det finns olika incitamentsprogram, men det \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt tv\u00e5 typer av optionsprogram som \u00e4r vanliga \u2013 teckningsoptioner och personaloptioner. Sedan den 1 januari 2018 g\u00e4ller en undantagsregel avseende personaloptioner som \u00e4r utformad till f\u00f6rdel f\u00f6r unga och innovativa bolag som har kommit att kallas f\u00f6r kvalificerade personaloptioner.<\/p>\n<p>Teckningsoptioner har varit den dominerande l\u00f6sningen, men modellen kr\u00e4ver att den anst\u00e4llde betalar marknadsv\u00e4rde f\u00f6r optionerna f\u00f6r att undvika f\u00f6rm\u00e5nsbeskattning. Personaloptioner har tidigare varit h\u00f6gbeskattade men i och med de nya reglerna f\u00f6r kvalificerade personaloptioner kan man som arbetsgivare ge bort optioner utan att den anst\u00e4llde blir f\u00f6rem\u00e5l f\u00f6r f\u00f6rm\u00e5nsskattning samt att arbetsgivaren inte beh\u00f6ver betala arbetsgivaravgifter.
