Why I work with business law
Business law is a tool to help my clients make wise business decisions. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and do good business in an often complex legal environment.
It is exciting to help entrepreneurs and business leaders make perhaps their most important deals - like selling their life's work or bringing in new investors. It is also a great trust that I take very seriously.
My background
I have been working as a business lawyer for about a decade. I started my career at Advokatfirman Delphi, first as a tech lawyer and then specializing in corporate law, stock market law and mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on the tech sector.
Having also worked as Head of Legal at a listed tech company, I know the value to buyers of legal services of concrete and practical advice that is grounded in an understanding of the underlying business.
I have also served as a court clerk at Örebro District Court.
My areas of expertise
I work broadly with corporate law issues, stock market law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as various forms of capital raising and corporate financing. Some examples of assignments that I often carry out:
- Capital raising and shareholder agreements
- Business transfers, i.e. the purchase or sale of companies or businesses.
- General meetings of listed and unlisted companies
- Incentive schemes in listed and unlisted companies
- Stock market law issues related to corporate governance, capital raising and information disclosure
