DPO
for
hire
The "DPO for hire" service provides for LWA, as a legal entity, to be appointed as your data protection officer (DPO). A designated lawyer at LWA manages the day-to-day DPO obligations and is primarily responsible for the delivery of the service. The DPO works closely with other experts within LWA. By combining our lawyers individual expertise within a variety of areas, you will have access to the full range of LWA's resources and experience - giving you peace of mind in a complex legal landscape. "DPO for hire" is provided in accordance with the European Data Protection Board's Guidelines for Data Protection Officers (WP 243). Pricing example for "DPO for hire": up to 16 hours legal advice per month at a fixed price of SEK 40,000. The subscription can be terminated at the end of the same month. Additional orders are charged at an hourly rate of SEK 2 750 for senior DPOs and SEK 1 850 per hour for junior DPOs.

Book a free 15 minute meeting with us
To move forward, we first look at your needs and how we can best help you. Here you can book an appointment or leave a phone number and one of our lawyers will call you back. Before the meeting, you will be asked to provide details of your company, your activities and any counterparties to rule out conflicts of interest. There is no charge for meeting with our lawyers.
2. Offer/contract confirmation
If you decide to go ahead after our meeting, we will send you a confirmation email and suggest a date for a start-up meeting. At the same time, we will flag if you have needs that do not fall within the package price and secure payment details.
3. Advice and document production
We will draft the necessary conditions/documents. We will guide you through the process and be here to answer your questions and concerns. We are happy to meet online, but for those who need to, we will meet at one of our offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
4. After completion of the assignment
