It's time to speak up about abuse at work - and the legislator is on board with a legal requirement for whistleblowing.
The new whistleblower law imposes an obligation to establish a whistleblowing reporting channel. The legal requirements affect companies with 50 or more employees - including all forms of employment and working hours.

The reporting channel must meet certain legal requirements - we will help you meet the legal requirements and set up an effective whistleblowing function.
New legal requirements for whistleblowing channels:
- The whistleblower has the right to remain completely anonymous but also to report in person.
- You need independent and autonomous people to receive, follow up and provide feedback on reports.
- Things should also happen within a certain timeframe e.g. confirmation in the same week and feedback with outcomes and actions taken in the same quarter.
